Baked vs. pan-fried salmon; which is best?

That depends on what you like. If you’re looking for healthy, baked is better. (Try my broiled salmon for fast and easy.) If you want faster without heating up the kitchen, pan-fried is better. My Jerk Salmon is the perfect example of how you can have fast and healthy at the same time.

Is it ok to eat the skin of salmon?

Yes, it is! The skin contains the same minerals and nutrients as the meat. However, it can be soggy and rubbery if not cooked right. So if you want the extra nutrition from the skin, the grill, broil, or bake it, so the skin gets deliciously crispy.
