If you thawed it in the fridge overnight, bake it uncovered at 350F/177C for about 30 minutes just like usual. If it’s still frozen, bake it for about an hour covered with foil, then 20-30 minutes uncovered to finish it off. Thanks for your feedback. ❤️

Unless your referring to ketchup which I doubt, there isn’t really a UK equivalent I can find in stores. If I put a can of chopped tomatoes (With the sauce) through a blender would that make a good substitute?
