]]>Thanks for the reply, my question was, under the directions for sweet rolls, point number 7, you wrote that the dough needs to be refrigerated and covered for 30 minutes. So, my question was, at what point do you refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes, is it before you let the dough rise or after.
]]>After you let it rise. Rising may take 1 to 2 hours -the dough has to double in size .Hope this answer your question. Let me know if you need more directions.
